This session will always hold a special place in my heart because it wasn’t just any maternity shoot—it was for my dear friend, who is now preparing to welcome her newest little blessing into the world. Photographing such a meaningful chapter in her family’s story was truly an honor.

We met at The League House in Amarillo, Texas —a gorgeous spot with wide-open lawns and tall trees that glow beautifully in the evening light. It created the dreamiest backdrop for their photos, full of warmth and golden tones that perfectly fit the joy and anticipation of this season.

She looked stunning in her flowing gown, radiating that signature “mama glow.” The soft lavender tones of her dress paired perfectly with the surrounding greenery, making every shot feel timeless and elegant. While she stole the show with her glow, her husband and sweet boy brought so much fun and laughter to the session—whether it was dad tossing their little one high into the air or wrapping up in big family hugs.
